French Breakfast radishes
Rainbow Swiss chard
The breakfast radishes are very mild. In France (so I am told) they eat them dipped in a herb-butter for breakfast or as appetizers. I love them dipped in salt.
Chard is an excellent substitute for spinach. I like it sauted with butter and a little garlic or green onion or you can chop the leaves in a raw salald. If you saute it, you can use the stalks also, but cook them a little longer then the leaves so that they will be tender.
There will be a couple other things in the shares as well..so be surprised!
