We are grateful for all who have been part of our CSA in the last couple of years. We have taken a much more laid back approach to the CSA. We believe the quality and quanity of the fruits and vegetables have improved greatly, but we have not been as communicative, mainly because we are really busy growing and planting!
If you wish to sign up for the CSA, just send us a note with your name and email and desired pick up location along with a check. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your note. If you would like to do a payment plan, please send a check for $200 with your information and I will contact you via email to set up your plan.
Let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
Farm News
We have finished the second high tunnel. We are planting it with lettuce, radishes, beets and spinach for the spring. We are picking lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, and kale from the first high tunnel.
We have a batch of broilers that are 7 weeks old and another batch that are 2 weeks old. We will be taking 4 - 6 hogs to the butcher in January. If anyone would like to buy any bulk pork and half hog, please send an email or go to the markets to see Oliver and Gregg.
We are pruning raspberries, putting straw on strawberries, pruning fruit trees, mowing, cleaning up and mucking barns, composting and spreading compost on the fields as weather permits. We are also getting needed repairs done to tractors and trucks and equipment.
